Physical Education applications at publics schools has long been a source of disappointment and stagnant improvement. As the average rate of an urban youth continues to rise, little has been done inside the school setting to satisfy the growing need for active involvement. School system leaders estimating bodily wellbeing on account of the requirement to cut spending and increase test scores, and all of the while losing sight that school is the place where youth spend the majority of their time and gain the majority of their development. Schools and school systems aren't just responsible for nourishing the brain, but also keeping up the health of the body, and this is where physical education applications are at the forefront. Physical education is as vital a part of the school day as classroom time, but it is constantly losing its worth. School program regulations, conflicting program implementation by teachers, and pupil engagement are the backbone of the problem and the initial sources of the solution. Many metropolitan school systems often struggle to obtain the balance between meeting academic quotas while keeping a balanced school environment that includes recreational time. In efforts to increase test scores, some school systems have considered shortening, or eliminating physical education. But what they don't realize is the proper physical instruction can help students reach their full academic potential and exhibit positive behaviour in the classroom (Strong et al., 2005). (2005), studying teachers in low-income colleges in Michigan, results revealed that 50% of high school educators felt that a lack of funding was the significant barrier to proper physical education programs in inner city schools.
